• The Office of the Public Prosecutor (OPP) prosecutes criminal cases that have been investigated by the police and other investigative organisations. Our functions are carried out independent of the police, Courts, government and political influences. The OPPs duty is to ensure the right person is prosecuted for the right offence and justice is served where possible.
